The various management roles and responsibilities involved in a project are adaptable to suit the complexity of the project and skills of your organisation.

Start to finish, the total implementation cost was 39% of the closest comparable estimate from a name brand consultancy. Their implementation timeline was 12 months. Using our approach, project initiation to go-live was 90 days.
